Book a Crystal Pools Experience

Experience untouched nature and enjoy the picturesque beauty of the Crystal Pools. Test your courage by jumping the series of rock jumps into the fresh mountain springs.

Our experience begins with a mild hike through the Steenbras Nature Reserve to the natural rock pools known as ‘Crystal Pools.’ Submerge yourself in the beauty of the Fynbos floral kingdom as guests are guided up the 2km hike to the pools. Guests will be given a chance to swim, relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings of one of the Western Cape’s best nature reserves. For the adrenaline junkies, the pools have a number of rock jumps that range from 7m to 22m high. The day concludes with a few drinks at our favorite ‘sundowners’ location.

Please note:
-This tour will only commence if 3 or more guests have booked.

Inclusions:

Transport and driver, local host (accredited guides), entrance fee into the reserve, and drinks/other refreshments

Exclusions:

Food, additional drinks and gratuities

Fitness:

Participants must be physically able to hike.

What to wear and bring?

Please dress appropriately (active wear, shoes that have grip etc.) Be sure to bring swim wear (swim suit, towel etc.)

Notes:

Start: Guests are asked to meet at our central location (The Strangers Club Café-1 Braemar Road, Green Point, Cape Town, 8005) at 09:00 AM.

End: Guests will be dropped off at The Mojo Market (30 Regent Rd, Sea Point, Cape Town, 8060) between 16:30 and 17:30 PM
